Total Tech has replaced the Greek Protection. I feel comfortable with this protection mainly because it is backed by Best Buy.

I use the Geek Squad for problems I have with my computers. Many times it takes several hours to resolve the problems, but it is usually fixed.

The geek squad is a “life saver”. Had a problem with my desk top. They were able to figure out the problem and repair it.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Total Tech Support! They are very helpful and fix any issue we have had with out computers.

Quality has declined markedly. Can't get an answer by phone or chat. Ridiculously long waits, and then they never seem to understand the problem, and keep passing me off to someone else who still doesn't listen or read what I've entered. Have to start over with every one of them, and then repeat myself multiple times. Technicians come out and spend hours, with very poor results. Have had to call them multiple times just to try to get the printer recommended by Best Buy for my Macbook Pro to work. Still won't scan.

I have really appreciated having the Total Tech Support. I have used it a few times and has saved me money.

This is what I call a very good yearly insurance policy. I have used the Geek Squad agents a handful of times and they usually solve my problem, answer my questions, or put my mind at ease. When I have questions about software or laptop related items, I never hesitate to call them. I feel very confident with them. In fact, at the time of this review there are two items that are causing me confusion on my laptop and I will not hesitate to pick up the phone and call them. I also like that the agents are easy to understand. I am very happy with the service and support.

Bought this protection plane for the last 4 years. This protection plans is so helpful. Phones, TV's, refrigerator, etc. Love it!
