This support is very good. Had some issues with computers and was able to take to Best Buy for repair without charge.

The Geek crew is always easy to deal with and very knowledgeable and as quick as can expected to correct, detect, explain any problem.

This has been hit or miss. Sometimes get someone I can barely understand sometimes it's very easy. Did have one Foreign Tech that flat out lied saying they printed a test sheet on my printer and it was good when nothing printed at all. Interestingly enough I wasn't able to file a complaint at the time. My connection suddenly had difficulties. Mostly this has been a good thing or I wouldn't put up with the bad times.

For the most part, I could not make do without it. However, like all else in life, it doesn't come as readily as one would wish. There are still wait times and lack of availability quite frequently.

I just renewed my membership for another year. It's great knowing Total Tech Support is there whenever needed.

This service was recommended to me. I’m glad I invested. Concerned with the lack of notes if there is a bad incident. Even hung up on as I got upset to not getting my same question unanswered. Q: Where is my equipment? No manager call back as promised… gone for the day, passed to someone else to refer me to the website, which referred me to the phone number I just called. 8 different people same answers- same website referral(except the last one). Would I recommend this service, sure… For an insanely good time, call. Excellent help when you get someone willing to take a chance and try to resolve the problem.
