Honestly, this has been a lifesaver. I spent a lot of money on an Asus computer and had some issues with very sticky keys and damage to the keyboard after letting a friend use it. And later problems with the power not turning on properly With this protection plan, Best Buy performed all repairs for free and my laptop is working just as well as day one! I definitely think this protection plan is worth the cost. You never know when an accident could happen where you drop your computer or accidentally spill something on it.

I love this service and no longer go to a Mac store as the service provided by this service is outstanding, Even without a reservation they will give you help.
