I've been a Total Tech support member for over 2 years now. I would have to say that for me it is worth every penny. Being a technology challenged senior, I've contacted the tech support team for questions about products I was planning to buy, questions about technical issues and ways to solve some of my computer conundrums that I encounter from time to time.
