I originally purchased Total Tech Support so that my college age student who was attending classes out of state would have a solution to a tech challenge if a tech challenge presented itself. Eventually I discovered much needed help was right around the corner and free of charge when my laptop crashed containing documents needed to run my home as well as my business interests. Best Buy took the device, exported all the files I so desperately needed and made setting up my new device seamless.

The Geek Squad are always on time, courteous and competent. They hung 2 TV's that I purchased and did a great job.
