Tech siupport is the support needed for quick and simple to get the support upon encountering problems with electronics, specifically smartphones and personal computers. Programs change week to week in electronic technology. Unless one is very savvy, it is best to have a place to go for help.

Haven't used this service much. We originally got it to defray some of the delivery and installation costs for new kitchen appliances. It did come in handy when our washing machine stopped working and someone was sent out at reduced cost to look at and if possible repair it. However, be warned that while the service includes coverage for appliances you did not purchase from BB, they don't seem to know that, and it took several calls and reference to the wording in the contract to make that happen. In the event it turned out we needed a new machine, and the guy they sent generously declined to charge us for his visit.

I've been a Best Buy Tech Support Customer for several years. The annual fee more than compensates for the many times I've used the tech services for my laptop. Every time I've used Best Buy tech services, the level of customer services is always excellent, the tech service representatives have always been professional and helpful, and the turnaround has always been timely and thorough. I will not use any other tech services for the price or lesser price. Best Buy is the BEST!
