I really couldn't say for sure if it's a reasonable return on investment, but we do feel more secure having this service. Our tv mounting was flawless and the guys cleaned up nicely afterwards. I've taken in a laptop that kept popping up an error and was running very sluggish. It came back without the popup, but I think the sluggishness is just because it's old. I tried to have them fix the microphone on my phone and couldn't get anyone in the Willilamsburg area to look at it because it was too old (Samsung S10+).

We buy warranties on all of our purchases now, so it's worth it. And the help you get on computer issues is good too

Best Buy really does train their staff in Total Tech Support to be knowledgeable. I have to add also to be personable and to have patience with all the questions someone trying to but a home theater has. I had some trials and error with purchases that were returned because I first didn’t ask the questions I needed to. Best Buy stands by their return process and then worked with me once i talked to Total tech and they understood what I wanted.

The Tech Support plan works so quietly behind my work that I forgot I had the protection. There were times when I got notified of some preventative action taking place that reminded me of the service. During one issue I had with my computer's performance, I took advantage of the system clean up process. What a difference it made to quicker functioning and removing some "garbage" that I was unaware of! The protection seems pricey at times, but there is peace of mind.

I continue to be pleased with this service. I have needed support and Total Tech has assisted me on each occasion.
