They have helped work out problems on cell phones, computers and networks. When buying a new computer, having the drive cloned to an ssd that replaced the hard drive, loading all software etc at no cost was worth every penny of the service contract. Highly recommend for peace of mind any time a tech issue comes up. Indispensable!!!!
