Granted we are having tough times! That being said....a call back from a tech should not be too much to ask. Four calls to the tech and finally called his supervisor who calked us within a day. Supposed to get a call from the tech.....which still has not happened. Lots of $$ spent for this service. Just a call!!!! We can most likely get it done with just a call!! Would I recommend buying this? Yes, because it is needed.
