Good to know that we I run into a problem I have a subject matter expert I can call on.

This plan has paid for itself many times. We try to make all of our electronic/appliance purchases at Best Buy because of Total Tech Support. It has been a challenge to get appointments for on-the-spot help in-store during Covid, but hopefully it will get better as time goes on. Very pleased overall.

Was helpful when I purchased my new TV. How much more do you want. This is ridiculous.

I did not know that Best Buy offered this service up until a year ago. We purchased a new home and had decided to expand our smart home features. After purchasing a aRing doorbell, a Nest thermostat, and wall mounts for two tvs, was time to hire installers. Through this service, we took advantage of the member rates and saved soooooo much money. Plus, internet protection as a bonus.

We're very happy with this purchase. It is nice to use with car audio installer option.

Every time I'm in trouble with my Surface. I contact them by chat. It's getting resolved even they call me when the call drop. I received the service a few years ago while out of the states. It was helpful. Pandemic time, they had been busy, but I found the others ours to reach them. One time I had to go to the store, they helped me to get an appointment.

These employees have always been very Knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful.

Total Tech is totally (pun intended) worth the money. They have been available, professional, & knowledgable with any & all my problems. When their was an issue they immediately took the item back in & corrected any & all problems. Technology is too expensive these days to be without some protection.

I would recommend this to everybody. I have no regrets about signing on.
