    This service is so great. They came out to set up our entire house a couple of years ago. Since then we have had them back out to upgrade systems and also to change things around. They are professional, knowledgeable and personable. It is worth the yearly fee to know you can call them and they are there and you don't have to spend hours and days pouring over manuals you can't understand anyway. Love the Geek Squad!

    Great Service for Both Computer & TV

    Since purchasing this membership, we have had them rejuvenate an older computer with a Samsung SSD hard drive and do a general cleanup to speed it up and make computer work fun again. Also had them install and mount a 55" Sony TV from BestBuy and they did a superb job. Would definitely use them again for both services.

    It's worth every penny!!!!!! Total Tech Support I run a full training, and support, tech department so when I purchase my items at Best Buy or else where (Amazon) I like that I can use it's full list of perks to tune-up, clean-up, back-up, upgrading, Total Tech Support also includes many computer and connected car services at no additional cost, and it gives you big savings on standard in-home services, repairs, and most Geek Squad® Protection and AppleCare plans.

    I had a subscription that I let go for a year before starting a new one. I spent more on repairs in that year than I have on my previous and subsequent subscriptions. I have had several installations done for free and done right in ensuing time. I won't let my plan lapse again.

    The Tech Support plan works so quietly behind my work that I forgot I had the protection. There were times when I got notified of some preventative action taking place that reminded me of the service. During one issue I had with my computer's performance, I took advantage of the system clean up process. What a difference it made to quicker functioning and removing some "garbage" that I was unaware of! The protection seems pricey at times, but there is peace of mind.

    Love that with every appliance or TV purchase at Best Buy, there is no charge for installation or removal of old equipment. Not only do they install, but they explain and demonstrate how the tv or washing machine works - setting everything up for immediate use. Plus I can bring my phone or iPad into the store to discuss a problem with a geek squad member. I never purchase service plans, but this one is a definite 5 star!

    I highly recommend buying this when you buy a new computer and/or printer. It’s relatively cheap for all the help they give you. Sometimes you will have to go through a few people to assist you. I used them when I had a problem with my computer (I was hacked the first day I bought the computer) and when my printer was not printing things out properly. The assistance they provide is invaluable as we work from home.

    Total Tech Support is the best overall and reliable support service available! Agents come to my home to install, repair, and hook up devices that would have cost much more without this service. I can call anytime and get my computer problems solved. Or, take my devices in the store for repair. I will renew my plan every year! It is well worth the cost.

    Great product. I have had this package for several years. First got it for computer support and have now used it for auto audio upgrades, home theatre upgrades, full home consultation and technology recommendations, purchases and install. Geek squad is great, always solves the problems. Discounts and special attention from techs and service crews are big benefits. Will continue the service for years to come.

    Total Tech Support has been a life saver on many occasions. I've used the online chat tech support to get me out of a jam a few times and the Geek Squad in the store has provided excellent service! I have purchased a screen protector for my mobile phone at Best Buy and it kept coming off. I was able to get a new one and the Best Buy employee even put it on at no additional charge because I had Total Tech Support. I can't say enough about how AWESOME having Total Tech Support is!

    The very best thing to have. Total Tech Support membership has helped me with problems, both on line and in store, many times. Greatly appreciate their knowledge in how to fix or correct any problem. Anyone with a home computer should join their support.

    I love my total tech support. The ease of calling them from the comfort of my home is great. By remotely and safely going into my computer without me ( I can check anytime to see what they are doing) is such a relief. I can do other things such as clean the house, wash the clothes, cook or even catch up on my Netflix favorites. Not only do I have the effortlessness of using it from home but if they need to do an in store repair, they will call me and set up the appointment right then. Happy to be a member.

    With all the included services, this really does pay for itself. We bought tv’s for our family room and basement and had tech support come out to mount them all including multiple sound bars and they programmed our remotes as well. We ended up having trouble with one of our sound bars and they came out multiple times to try and fix it. They ended up having to replace it (3x) and each time came out to mount it to the tv and reprogram our remote. So glad we purchased this!

    I originally thought this membership was expensive but now am very glad I purchased and renewed it this year. In these days, many odd things are happening with computers. I have called the Geek Squad with many different problems and every time I have been satisfied with their assistance. If I cannot fix the issue, an agent can take control of the computer and fix the problem for you. I have also received discounted prices for protection plans and special pricing for items. Love this service.

    I Love Getting Help with MY Devices

    Since I am an elderly widow, I depend heavily on Total Tech Support to help with all my technological problems and installations. In fact, I recently purchased a new TV from Best Buy. the Total Tech Support team came to install the television and to show me how to operate it. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand all of it. I appreciate their help and highly recommend them.

    With all the included features that come with Total Tech you can't go wrong. I have taken my laptop in twice for issues and they have fixed them both in a timely manner and were more that happy to explain things to me. I also used the chat feature where they log into your pc to fix stuff and that also worked out well I was able to see what they were doing and still get things done around the house and not be without my laptop for a week. I will be renewing next year again for sure.

    We have recovered the cost of this support many times over with phone call assistance, a few house calls, (including installing our 2 PCs, assisting with follow up issues on those PCs), a few Best Buy tech visits at the store, and discounts on products we have bought all for no additional cost to us. Can't make a better buy as far as we are concerned.

    The best bargain at Best Buy. We have had this for many years. I have saved the cost of the service every year in other purchases, delivery and installation. And now I don’t get weekend calls from my brother to help fix his machine. He just calls them!!! Worth the price right there

    Geek Squad is very good. The tech that helped us twice at the store in the last month is very good. He didn't just take the computer and tell us to come back. He solved a couple of problems and was very knowledgeable. We had the same experience when we went back to pick up computer after the new drive was installed. Price of Geek Squad has doubled from $100 to $200, plus tax, in recent years. But I believe service has improved too.

    Just renewed this plan recently. I am a new home owner, and bought this plan. The Geek Squad has been great with the services I have purchased. Had Bose Surround Sound, tv mounted, and Google Nest camera and doorbell set up in the last year. Very clean installs, and nice people from the Geek Squad. I have recommended this service to my father, he wants surround sound set up on the wall. He will be making the purchase of this Plan.
