We purchased a new LG 55" TV. Two guys came out to do the job. They were friendly and professional. The new TV would replace a 42" hung in a corner. We reused the mount. They had to do a minor modification to the in-wall outlet due to changes in building codes. They took everything away and cleaned up after themselves. And showed us how to use the new device. Great job!

The Total Tech Support membership purchase has been a great deal for us. We had a tech person come to our home to advise us on various items we want to purchase from Best Buy. The Geek Squad has taken care of our computer repair needs and has been helpful in answering our questions. This is the one of the best purchases we have made at Best Buy.

You cannot go wrong with enrolling in the Total Tech Support. The plan pays for itself with just one installment. I am very pleased with the plan and the GEEK Squad members who have serviced my home here in Missouri and my previous homes in the Indianapolis area. Want to be stress free from your purchases and tech support, well this is the plan for you!

My apple desktop all in one unit is heavy for me to carry to the store. They came to my house and took care of everything. restored it back to previous settings before the apple update had rearranged all of my icons and home page etc. They also set umps new keyboard for me while they were here.

This is a wonderful service that Best Buy provides for about $200 per year. It is well worth it to have peace of mind that whatever computer trouble I have, I can trust Geek Squad to do a good job to solve the problem. I have taken laptops to Geek Squad several times and they have always done a great job!

Have had geek squad tech support for several years now. have had no issues when dealing with the geeks as far as knowing what they are doing to fix whatever issue I have. Have done both, take items in for repair and have had them remote in - no issues. With technology moving at such a fast pace, it brings peace of mind.

This is a great service offered by Best Buy. I have used it for computers that I didn’t even purchase from Best Buy. Very knowledgeable people who take the time to explain their service and what to expect from them. They have tuned up my computers and removed a virus for no additional cost. Also you get discount on installations and services.

It really is like a tech in the house. I call them for any questions. I am basically computer illiterate and love knowing they are there. Have used Geek for years and recently upgraded when I got suckered into a scam and had to have my hard drive replaced. I was a wreck when I did that and they came to my rescue. I really have peace of mind that they are there.

Best Buy Total Tech Support and the Geek Squad are invaluable to me with in-home or assistance on the phone with any issues I have 24/7. The agents are professional, efficient and yet so friendly so that even someone like me who is not tech savvy feels comfortable and understands the issues.

We don’t always buy service plans, but this one is unique. We bought a new computer and the plan allowed for me to bring in the old computer to Best Buy. The Geek Squad cleaned up the old computer and got it back to its previous quality. That service was enough to justify the price of the plan. I’m only beginning to get the services I need done under the plan.

This plan is one of the most valuable plans I have ever purchased. Due to my computer acting up like a fool. I have used this plan multiple of times and it is well worth it's weight in gold. Plus to have the security to know if anything goes wrong I can go to my Best Buy and feel confident in their services. Thank you for providing such a service. Geek Squad Rocks!

Best survivor mode for me. I have used computers for years, but still have questions, or need assistance from time to time, and they are right there for me every step of the way. Plus assisted me in purchasing a new computer

Love that it takes care of every appliance in my house at a minimal cost! Whether I bought it at Best Buy or not. But most of any electronic has been bought at " BestBuy"! Do not have to worry about who to call for repairs. Techs are very responsible and knowledgeable! Going back this week for new TV& microwave!

Total Tech has come in so handy for us! Have had a few repairs on desktops and laptops. We were able to get free installation on a new over the range microwave and it allowed us free delivery on 2 appliances, when it would've cost because we live in the middle of nowhere.

Ryan at the Charleston WV Best Buy store has made my subscription totally worth it! The geek squad is my go to for tech support and I will always seek Best Buy first fir all my tech needs before looking elsewhere because of his help and service regarding the installation of my cameras. This young man is an asset to the company!

Worth the yearly membership cost. Have had my equipment serviced routinely and the ease of mind knowing that if I have problems I can just schedule a service. Have not used the installation option but good that it’s there

We have used Total Tech Support for several years, ever since we bought an 85" Sony TV. They helped with the setup, remote set up and have repaired my computers a few times. I have always had excellent service.

These folks helped us assess our TV, music and internet options for our home. Their recommendations were perfect and their help with installation and support have been great. We’ve had them install new equipment, consulted via online chat and had in-store service. Al, were done in a professional and timely manner. Worth the investment for peace of mind.

I love my Total Tech Support Memberbership! I have used it often, both in person and at Best Buy. It is so easy to call the Tech support when you have a problem and it can be taken care of over the phone. Great thing to have!
