I love my Total Tech Support service! I have had wonderful help in store with multiple computer issues and they have quickly resolved the issues. They always take time to answer many questions as well! In home equipment help has also been excellent!

Have told my friends to purchase their gear at Best Buy and to pay for Geek Squad tech support. Had a problem with an old printer and walked into the store and out with a new printer and gift card within 10 min...had a problem with my laptop and they stripped it down and readded the programs before my golf league...I was relieved...happy and so was the league..

Kept calling and talking with different agents. No one told me if they were finished, No one could get my printer to work with my computer. Finally the last agent recommended I get an in home tech visit. That is what I am doing. Have an appointment for Wednesday the 24th.

In December I had a problem with my Dell laptop computer. I brought it into the Geek Squad and they told me I had viruses on it even thought I had Webroot internet security. My computer was only 11 months old. When i purchased my computer, I also purchased the total Tech support. They took the viruses off my computer and I wasn't charged because I had Total Tech support. it is worth every penny they chare for it.

This coverage works great for me. I can call anytime for any of my technical needs.

Excellent services, these guys are always there for you very easy to talk to and willing to help you all the way in whatever problem you may have, they keeps you updated on what ever services they are doing for you, I honestly don’t have any faults.membership is at a good price and I love that I can get automatic updates.
