Although I was one of the few that has purchased this product since the beginning, I hate the fact that I lost my grandfathering due to a military deployment; however, the coverage that Best Buy offers are second to none. Having tech support membership is totally worth it, especially if you work with or play on many different electronics. I have 3 computers and need all the help I can get with set up, security, maintenance etc. Best to pay for this and get help when needed. These guys do it all. Easy scheduling for drop off and pick up. Employees always able to answer all my questions.
