I have had Total Tech Support for three years and I love how it covers any and all devices I purchase through Best Buy. It works like taking your car in for maintenance every 6 months. I have always run into great customer service and it is cheaper than seeking out outside companies if you need maintenance on your devices.

Like having all my devices covered for diagnostics.

Generally good service, but did a poor job on my HP printer. Could not get it to work. Wasted hours of my time.

I used to think that they fixed only the things you bought from them, but not true. they come out to your House if you need. getting an appointment is easy staff are always great. I think I have used then 5 times already this year. The support cost paid for it sen after the first visit
