very helpful

It has gotten harder to be able to get an appointment when it convenient. Most time i have had to wait 10 to 20 minutes in line even when i had an appointment. But will say that the repair was done quickly and accurately.

I’ve had it for the last two years and it has been useful. My only qualm is that they should be able to come in home and do installation of TVs especially if you bought the TV from Best Buy as well. I don’t think there should be a charge of $50 instead of the $150 that they charge. Also if you bring in a Device into the store and they see that you have total tech they should give you some priority because you’re paying for the service where as people just walking in or not

Help when needed

I never cancelled it and have used it for help with my laptop and the setup of my new smart tv. It also contains virus protection on my laptop.
