Real Support!

I purchased it because it was cheaper than buying a new computer. It all added up into savings of the next year and made me to extend the service for the next year. In addition, a customer receives a complete antivirus for all devices. I am truly advise anyone who has more than 2 computers to us the Total Tech Support.

Equipment Hook-up for Total Tech Support

Very courtous and seemed to want to make sure I was a happy customer. Anthony came out with a partner and we were very happy with his service, attitude and willingness to get the job completed.

The outside delivery service for appliances is not as good as in store Geek Squad. They chose to not install our dishwasher over less than 1/16 of inch in counter height. Best Buy was unable to offer a solution for this situation. Still, no dishwasher at our house months later.

Reliable and Efficient

When a problem or issue has arisen in the past they have provided me with quick, efficient and reliable service. The ease of installation for the dash cam that I purchased a few months ago also factors into my positive review for the Tech Support Service & Staff.
