This programs already paid for itself. The fixed three of my computer.

I’ve had to use Tech Support numerous times so it has been well worth the money. I’ve had laptop issues that they solved for me as well as iPhone issues that they’ve fixed. Don’t know what I would’ve done without GeekSquad

I don't have to worry about my computers anymore. We have taken two laptops and a desktop numerous times for a variety of problems. Even when it is the simplest thing that I don't know how to do, BB personnel hasn't laughed at me yet! Very professional, knowledgeable and great at explaining what they did. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The total tech deal was originally purchased to protect the possibility of computer problems, but thru the grace of God there has not been any problems with that , and total tech paid for It self in other ways , Great

If you have a lot of electronic products, this helps give peace of mind. It is more of an insurance than anything. But we have used it for a discounted price to calibrate our TV along with tech support on our devices and swiftness of customer service. I would recommend for anyone making a large purchase or those that have multiple purchases (ie - phone, computer, TV, ipad, etc).

I have used total tech support numerous times, both with quick problems and lengthy problems. I have always been pleased with the service and help provided by knowledgable people. When I ask something that the person does not now, they admit it and go get advice from someone else who does know, rather than make something up.
