Dropping off an item to be repaired or having a home installation, these folks have the answers or know how to get them fast. Yes, it can be a bit pricey, but consider how much you have invested in your home tech and how much easier it is to have a home visit for larger items. They don't rush you and I never get the feeling that they wish they were elsewhere.

I've renewed the Total Tech Support for 8 years. The nominal annual renewal costs offers cross-functional discounts and warranties on all purchased electronics and home installations - especially wide-screen television. Most important, our home entertainment systems are compatible, and installed for immediate enjoyment.

Yes it is an expense that otherwise I would not incurred. Non thee less I did purchase this tech support plan. I did recover my tech support pal expense because my surface Microsoft pro did need repairs and all expenses for it's repais we're covered byy tech support plan thanks

It is a handy thing to have in case we ever have any issues

The most benefit I've enjoyed from this yearly membership is the anti-virus I have on computers and the discount I get on protection plans. This membership does not include coverage for wear-and-tear or accidental damage. I receive an email before my membership is renewed in case I wish to opt out. I have not used software support for my products, have yet to test that out.

The tech support is marvelous. . . knowledgeable people. Convenient.

We love all the included services that Total Tech has to offer Best Buy customers. The representatives are very kind & knowledgeable when we call for help. We love that we are able to have them come out to our home & help assist with taking down our entertainment equipment during our move. They’re very patient & were very careful with our belongings.

I like being able to talk with a live person when I run into a problem with my computer, video equipment, or phone. The auto renewal also makes it easy so you won't forget to have it when you need the service the most. I'ts a GREAT VALUE. MACHINES BREAK DOWN, great to know you can bring them to people who can help.

I finally took out Total Tech in 2020 knowing that I was going to get a new laptop and desktop and would need their services. But, was able to use it for other products we had and have been totally pleased with how easy and valuable it’s been. So, I know I won’t use it as much this coming year, but for security, I renewed it.
