I get great discounts on many services and installs and the discount you get on the geek squad protection plan comes in handy. They even helped me with support on items I didn’t purchase from Best Buy. It’s completely with the cost for those that make several Best Buy purchase yearly

Each tech throughly explain what has to be done or if the device can be repaired. Sometimes the wait is longer than I’d like but it’s expected with the number of people being served. I always make my appointments online so that I can select a time that’s best for my schedule.

Need more people that has patience.

When I call to ask a question they are so busy that I am asked to make an appt. I do get questions answered at the appt. Time ys and I can't get all the answera I may need. So I have to make another appt.
