I have enjoyed this service since they started it a few years ago now. I have used this for having radios, speakers, subwoofers and amplifiers installed in 3 different cars. I have also used this when purchasing major kitchen appliances. Well worth the $200 a year if you take advantage of the perks of this service.

I can't say enough about the appreciation I have for Geek Squad tech support whether in person or live on the phone and remote helping directly on our computers. Having this service is especially valuable as more malware and scam threats are coming through and the computer starts reacting very strangely at times.

I am a senior citizen lady and am not great at understanding technology. Best Buy Total Tech Support is amazing! They answered all my questions, came to my home and set everything up and showed me how to use each purchased item. In store Geek assistance has also been helpful and patient!!

Only once I had a person come to my home who did not know how to help me, and left me stranded. Since I had to pay for her to come, I did not call another to finish the simple job. I do still need that same service, however.

They help you with every problem. Doesn’t matter how many deceives you have they will work on them.
