    I've ordered these phone cards many times, with no problems. It's a convenient way to add more money to your phone. This time, however, I couldn't get the gift card to open, so I couldn't access the PIN and had to call tech support.

    The phone didn't even work. I got the unit, and it worked for one day and then never worked again. I reached out to Total Wireless and received no help. The phone and this card was a complete waste of money.
