Buyer Beware

Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If they get mad at you they will even call you back and hang up on you over and over. I submitted recordings of them doing this to me to the Better Business Bureau. What a horrible customer service experience. Find service elsewhere.

However, Straight Talk does not offer shared/family plans, so if you're in need of multiple lines, you're probably better going with Total Wireless. On the other hand, Total Wireless does not offer a truly unlimited data plan for unlimited lines.
