    Will never buy from "Best Buy". Purchased a new cell phone & Tracfone airtime from BB. The redemption# they sent me was not valid on Tracfone. BB customer service refused to refund the $15 I wasted on airtime.

    So i purchased the sim kit along with this 15 dollars plan. The sim card couldn't be activated so i tried to return the 15 dollars card, but it could not be returned because they sent it to my email as a ecard. So there is no option for me to return this.

    The pin was wrong and customer service didn’t help. Returning the phone and the card. This also happened to my son a few months ago with the same product.

    Awesome Tracfone for adding this plan! Great landline replacement and very portable instead of a landline attached to the wall! If your not spoiled you have to use your data 24/7 wait until you get free WI-FI somewhere and a cell plan for $15 bucks ! Thanks tracfone for adding this plan I was so happy when it came out!
