    The pin was wrong and customer service didn’t help. Returning the phone and the card. This also happened to my son a few months ago with the same product.

    Awesome Tracfone for adding this plan! Great landline replacement and very portable instead of a landline attached to the wall! If your not spoiled you have to use your data 24/7 wait until you get free WI-FI somewhere and a cell plan for $15 bucks ! Thanks tracfone for adding this plan I was so happy when it came out!
