Ordering from best buy online is very smooth and convenient with their nice updated website. My only issue was picking it up. I had to go to the phone area rather than picking up where you regularly pick up online orders and had to wait a really long time finally went back to the front desk people and they took care of everything for me so the one employee could help customers with phones in-store rather than me just there to pick up. I appreciated their willingness and flexibility to go outside their regular area for customers who do things a particular way as to save time. As for the product it's a typical cheaper Samsung that requires a god case and is reliable as expected from Samsung the only thing I really don't care for is the minutes being emailed.... I mean we still want burners and anonymity and always will. Especially after the Patriot act. These prepaid deals need to check they self for the tomfoolery.

Very simple to order and gets the job done. I buy this a my nephew to have something in case of emergencies before or after school. It allows him to have unlimited texts and calls for 30 days so in an emergency or if need to get ahold of him he’s only a call away! Not very much data, but he’s on WiFi at home and school so he pretty much uses the data on car rides to and from and that’s it. It’s really nice that the data rolls over as well. During the school year he uses a lot less data so that when summer hits he has a ton built up and that kind of evens it out. Solid buy for a solid price!

It was very easy to use, and load onto the phone. Took a couple hours for the "digital gift card" to download to my email, so I could put it on my mother-in-law's phone, but we were not in a hurry, Worked great!
