    Worked perfectly once i figured out that the confirmation email with the activation pin had a time stamp of 12:00 am so i didn't see it right away. Text support was not helpful but all they could do was tell me the email was sent. Had to call a different department. Ultimately found it on my own

    Bestbuy gave me a link to activate the phone that didn't work, so it took two days of going in circles to get it to work...and Bestbuy was zero help. All Bestbuy did was pass the buck, and claim no responsibility after they got my money. If you're going to buy a Tracphone card, don't get it from Bestbuy. I will never buy a thing from Bestbuy again. Should name it Worstbuy.

    I bought a phone online and a trackfone card. To this day I have not received the code to activate the cell phone. I have called different phone numbers that the customer service department gave me. Honestly, I am desperate. They have not been able to solve the problem. The problem has been more than 3 weeks now.
