    Have still yet to receive my email to redeem my minutes for my newly purchased phone. Have the phone but can’t use it. Shipping was fast but I can’t use the phone as of right now

    I have tried many sim cards from many and they all seem the same so if anyone is interested in using that's ok but look around and see which one is best for what you are looking for for the money.

    I have no complaints with the Best Buy employees. My complaint is with Tracfone. They say it will take 24 hours to activate my new phone after my old service was turned off.

    Not the best value, but it worked in a pinch. Never buy monthly, but needed a bump from the yearly allotment. I would only recommend as a stop-gap. Buying monthly does not make sense in most cases.

    I bought this card a few years ago and as long as I had active service... the talk, text and data rolled over. That policy has changed. No more rollover after a month.
