I received it quickly. I didn't have to worry about scratching the numbers off. The reason only four stars is because of the price though. Before purchasing it showed that it was the estimated total. I'm very happy that was the final price. It's concerning though when something shows it's the estimated price and you have to decide if you want to chance purchasing it.

Tracfone Basic pheon card-1 year service

My only beef is that for 99.00, it should come with more minutes. I can buy a phone from HSN or QVC for less than this, and get a years service, which I normally do. But if I really love a phone, this is the way to go. I don't talk much on my cells, and I can add text only minutes for 5.00
