Tracfone is an excellent service. If you can manage your calls, texts, etc, then tracfone is much more affordable than other cell phone providers. One 20 minute tracfone card gives me 3 months of service for less than $7 dollars a month.

Very easy to use via email containing link to obtain card's service PIN. With PIN, it's easy to go on https://www.tracfone.com/collectminpinpromo and add the card's airtime service plan to your phone. Process takes about 10 minutes.

My salesperson was Bre at the Best Buy in Salisbury, MD. I had ordered a new 4-GTracfone to replace an old 3G Tracfone. I am 85 years old; husband is 89 years old. We NOT tech savvy. Bre was gracious enough to activate our phone and get our old phone number transferred to our new phone. Tracfone help line very poor, Took Bre 1 1/2 hours; very patient and very gracious.

I love my tracfone. I buy minutes when i need them. The 200 minutes card is more than enough to use when i am on the road.

First time I purchased digital Tracfone prepaid card. Usually like to have it mailed to me. But it was quite easy to install and plan on purchasine another digital again.

Very nice basic easy-to-use plan minutes are very important especially in an emergency I am so glad this small package was available for our elderly family member

Email delivery of this card was quick and easy. Much easier than actually buying a card in a store.

The card itself is a good value. The card gets 5 stars. The reason why I gave this review 1 star is the stress of activating the card. There is no refund on this transaction. The Pin Number I was given continually failed. I never in the past had trouble renewing my prepaid plan before expiring therefor not losing any of my saved minutes. Customer service from Tracfone was zero because no live person to explain my issue. After over 2 hours of going through the phone recordings and internet. The pin was accepted. Most people probably would have quit trying after half hour.

Basic phone card was a slight saving over buying one in the grocery store (which seems to sometimes be out of stock on these). I'll probably get my next one here, too.

Don’t have to worry about a monthly bill. Minutes carry over every month, if you don’t use them.

This is a good value for an emergency phone. Setup was mostly problem-free. One issue that came up when ordering this from Best Buy was that the URL I received with the code did not work with the Firefox browser and I had to switch to Chrome. Good to know for others who might have this issue.

Glad I can get the tracfone 1 year, 400 minutes from Best Buy.

For those who use their phone mostly within wireless range, this is the perfect option. You get to keep your number while still having the portability of a smart phone. You can always add some minutes on the Tracfone website if needed. On the downside, Mint Mobile is looking like a very attractive option, especially if you tend to use a lot of talk minutes. Currently testing the Mint Mobile service and will probably drop Tracfone in the not to distant future.
