No one at the store nor the trac fone could figure out how to download the code. We spent over 4 hours with several techs and people. Was EXTREMELY frustrating.

Tracfone Needs A Live Person When The Pin Fails.

The reason why I gave this review 1 star is the stress of activating the card. There is no refund on this transaction. The Pin Number I was given continually failed. I never in the past had trouble renewing my prepaid plan before expiring therefor not losing any of my saved minutes. Customer service from Tracfone was zero because no live person to explain my issue. After over 2 hours of going through the phone recordings and internet. The pin was accepted. Most people probably would have quit trying after half hour.

Ordering the digital versions off Best Buys is our only reliable option these days.
