After following your instructions I went through 13 different individuals your people transferred me to and could not accomplish the task as promised. Needless to say I was even given the last one that only played music, no help. I gave up. You have charged for the item that cannot be connected.

unable to redeem

Tracfone kept saying to use code and PIN. There was no PIN on the digital receipt. They kept saying PIN is on the back of the card. This was a digital card with no PIN. BB customer service was unable to help. $21 down the drain.

Cheap but cheated

They keep charging minutes without reasons. I contacted support and they filled up minutes back but it still keeps charging minutes for no reasons day by day.

A Best Buy Horror Story

It took three days and 8 different Best Buy "experts to finally get my purchase of TracPhone time and minutes sent to my phone! I was literally on the phone (Usually on hold!!!) for more than 16 hours! I will avoid dealing with Best Buy for as long as I live and will tell all my friends NOt to buy online from these people!
