To date I am out $43+ and cannot seem to find a way to get a refund. Emails for each of two 200 minutes had exact same pin and I had to buy another one in order to activate the second phone. I realize that this is a crazy time, but to constantly be told that phone hold times exceed 1 hour and that chat is too busy is not acceptable.
