Called tracfone they put numbers through I have to go to best buy so they can be scanned correctly. They were not scanned correctly making them invalid. Great!

Tracfone not recognize this card; PIN bad

Called Tracfone, they don't have this basic phone card in their system. Between two phone calls, spent almost 3 hours on the phone with them. Emailed them a copy of the card and receipt from two different email addresses on two different days, they didn't receive the emails. All employees were very polite and it was eventually resolved, but I will never buy one of these minute cards again.
