However, it did not have a view- cam for it. I was under the impression that it would work on my car. I had included the year, make, model of my car and there was no notice that it would not work on my vehicle. It was offered a t a great price, Too bad it did not work for me. I did exchange for part of the price a phone card for my TracFone.

Called you and all of got was transferred to this department and the next department. Lots of hold time. Someone was suppose to call me back but that was about 10 days ago. Very uphappy. Charged 82.00 for something that doesn't work.

Usually, I have extra minutes, so the carry over feature is great. My complaints start with: there isn't a stop watch on my phone, and Tracfone didn't warn me how much time I had remaining. I left Verizon, but they let me know how many minutes I had left. And then there isn't an automatic refill feature with the card. Tracfone has programs that have auto refill, but NOT WHAT I WANT. I could have stayed with Verizon.

Phone card not activated

Called Best Buy customer service, they were no help at all. Had to call Trac fone and create a ticket and now have to wait 48 hours before I can use phone. Great work, Best Buy. Won't be purchasing anything from you again.

Very bad deal

Which means even if your call is 5sec it still counts as a whole minute against your balance. This is a rip-off. This means you can only make and receive a total of 60 calls for the whole 90 days. That's less than a call a day. And another negative is the fact that the minutes expire after 90 days.
