Imagine my shock when rather than adding 8GB of data to my plan, it added a new plan where the data expires in 30 days. I feel violated by a company I trusted. I tried working with the contact center but they were dismissive of my concerns. Very disappointed.

This card is a fraud which expires after one month. The data bytes do not roll over after expiration and they will not be used until existing bytes purchased with a regular card expire.

There’s no way to go on the Best Buy app and locate this purchase with the information you need to activate your phone I wasted $40 for nothing.
