I reviewed this item in an earlier post, and can't resist another. I purchased two tracfone 1000 texts. I had trouble getting the texts to my phone. Customer service was useless. I spend HOURS trying to fix the problem on line and with customer service people. Since this is not an expensive purchase, I guess Best Buy wins. I can drop $10.00. Got nothing from Best Buy. I will never buy anything from there again. Do NOT do electronic downloads!
