No one at the store nor the trac fone could figure out how to download the code. We spent over 4 hours with several techs and people. Was EXTREMELY frustrating.

The only alternative in these times

Ordering the digital versions off Best Buys is our only reliable option these days.

Tracfone was slow in crediting the minutes and plan for some reason, but eventually went through after 15 minutes or so. Never had this delay before, so hopefully just a one time deal.
