Would not buy

I bought one the year before and it was great. This time they said I had to buy $199 unlimited talk and text in addition to the $99 I already bought. The customer service at Tracfone is horrible.

After following your instructions I went through 13 different individuals your people transferred me to and could not accomplish the task as promised. Needless to say I was even given the last one that only played music, no help. I gave up. You have charged for the item that cannot be connected.

unable to redeem

Tracfone kept saying to use code and PIN. There was no PIN on the digital receipt. They kept saying PIN is on the back of the card. This was a digital card with no PIN. BB customer service was unable to help. $21 down the drain.

Cheap but cheated

They keep charging minutes without reasons. I contacted support and they filled up minutes back but it still keeps charging minutes for no reasons day by day.
