Phone broke after one week of usage

I checked it after a few days and it was all scrambled and not working, When I returned it to Best Buy, they said I would have to return it to the company After calling them, I have not received a reply. I would like a new phone,or a refund.

It was outrageously high priced to say the least. So when I saw this on sale, I did some reading of the product to see how the buttons were and they are a nice size. It even speaks out the numbers when you push the buttons. As far as "speed dialing" goes, this took awhile to find inside the phone. The manual, while it's brief did not help me much. You're better off going to the Tracfone website and finding the full manual. Activation and setup was easy. I had bought the $10 30 minute plan which doubled her minutes to 60, and she got 20 bonus minutes for activating a new land line. 80 total minutes and 90 service days. While I know the care home has staff that can call emergency lines if my Grandma is in trouble, having this phone for my Grandma gives me and her piece of mind that she would be safe and have an extra layer of security. Well worth the purchase.

Good, easy, inexpensive phone

For the money, this phone works great. The screen is very small and I will be upgrading to a phone my mom can use and see pictures better.
