The quick start guide says to go to there web site for a complete user manual. Only they don't have one. In fact they do not even know of the phone. Strange I got it in my hand. How does that work. do I see Rod Stelling?

I use this Tracfone - Alcatel Onetouch Pixi Glitz Prepaid Cell Phone to run many apps and use it as a backup for address and phone numbers. It has been working without any issues for few months now. Good phone at this price.

Kind of slow, a little buggy, but it gets work done. Perfect for privacy oriented Americans and wannabe Americans too. Tracfone is a superior service provider! Cant go wrong with this buy.

Phone is decent, only has the bare minimum basics one would need. Functions well and is a good spare for a decent price.

    Slow and terrible sensor

This thing is slow even without installing anything extra. The most irritating thing about this is trying to type on it. You practically have to press the button to the left of your intended button in order to get what you want. Meaning if you want in input w, you'd have to touch q.

    I don't like it

This phone is very cheaply made. The plastic is very thin. The keyboard is very small for adult fingers. The 'stand by' time, when phone is not in use is awful. I used it for 2 texts, no apps running, and had to charge it 2 times in 2 days. I will be rtng it.

Worse than what I thought it would be

I primarily just need the ability to make and receive phone calls and texts. This was my first android phone. I read that as long as you don't overload it with apps, it can do well. I also had read that the keyboard can be a bit wonky. Well, the keyboard is more than wonky, even with a stylus. When you press on a letter, you get the letter next to it or an international version of the same letter. This made texting next to impossible. It would not connect to wifi from my home, from McDonald's, or from my local library. I was unable to answer incoming phone calls at all. I had it less than 8 hours and decided it was not the phone for me. I picked up the LG Lucky today. It's been 6 hours and I'm already in love. So, you definitely get what you pay for...and this was just too cheap to be functional on any level.

This is a great product with plenty of features and easy to use. The Best Buy associate helped activate it and it was ready to use when I walked out of the store.

Best buy did a great job setting it up. Got it home and it picked up internet. Then the the battery wouldn't hold a charge........then I couldn't log in to get my Trac phone information.........then the Internet stopped working. Went back to best buy and they were so helpful......called Trac phone customer service and they couldn't figure out why the phone wouldn't connect to the internet. The phone works as a phone and nothing else. I got a different phone.
