    Good Phone for Price

The many minutes I had saved up on my old Tracfone tripled when transferred to this new phone. That alone made the purchase worthwhile. Only disappointing thing is that the amount of minutes you have remaining doesn't appear on the phone. You have to find out through an app and it will deduct data each time it's used.

Beware of Tracfone's Ridiculous Minutes "Policy"

LG Lucky phone worked great ... until my young son lost it within a week. So to try to teach him a lesson about responsibility while still being able to maintain contact with him, we then purchased a non-Android phone (LG on sale for $10 at Best Buy), and was told by one Tracfone customer service rep that a portion of our originally purchased remaining minutes - we purchased a $29.99 card for 120 minutes that triples to 360 with their Android program - would transfer over to the non-Android phone. When we transferred numbers that night, our minutes balance the next morning reflected no transfer. We had used only about five minutes/units of that original 360, but a different Tracfone rep contacted the next morning said because we went with a non-Android replacement, none of those minutes transfer. That's ridiculous ... if I bought 120 minutes for the non-Android today, lost the phone tomorrow and bought another non-Android phone the next day, all 120 minutes would transfer over. But when I switched from an Android to non-Android, all of the remaining minutes weren't transferrable. Policy makes no sense ... logic would suggest that I should have had at least 110 to 115 minutes/units transferred over since that's the card amount I bought without the tripling. Would recommend the phone itself, but stay away from Tracfone and its "customer service."

Purchased this phone for my wife, who wanted better features than a non-smartphone but did not want to step up to a fully loaded smartphone (Samsung Galaxy or iPhone). Great phone for the price. Wish there was an app for accessing voicemail.

    Horrible Phone

I would rate this phone even lower if I could. I got this phone to replace a Samsung Galaxy. This phone has been nothing but trouble since day 1. I can't download more than 6 apps even though they are saved to an SD card because the phone has very little memory. Previously I have heard of butt dialing, but I never heard of butt picture taking. Once I took the phone out of my pocket and I had a picture of an egg carton. One day I was sitting in a car repair shop and while I had shut off the phone, it powered on by itself as it was brought to my attention that someone heard it making noise. To my surprise the phone was taking pictures. The same day, I was asked why I kept calling someone while I was in the repair shop where I could just as easily talk to the mechanic. The phone will close out an app and go to another random app without any request or attempt by me to change the program. This phone is by far one of the worst products I have ever purchased.

Purchased this phone to replace the ZTE Valet; however, this phone replaced another tracfone that family could use when visiting. No issues, setting up security, using internet either 3G or even WiFi, again no issues.

This phone is great if you're trying to save money on your cell phone bill. Tracfone has some really cheap plans.

I bought this for my 12 year old. It worked great for the first couple of weeks. Then suddenly it dropped the Google Account and won't let us sign back in, so it gets constant Google errors. The factory reset is grayed out (unavailable) and all attempts to reset the phone have failed.

It does not allow for any other carrier because there is no sim card. This was a waste of money and time.
