Phone service seems fine except minutes used up with no warning or offer for more. Not intuitive. Cheap alternative.

This phone is a upgrade for my Tracfone. It is better then what I had but having a few problems with the wifi at times. Overall I am happy with my LG Lucky phone.

I don't use all the futures but it sure beats paying $600 for a new I phone. Works well w/ Fords Sync system for hands free calling.

Seems to be a good phone for the time that I have had it.The best way to actvate it is by doing it on linegood for general use

Works well. I use it as a back-up emergency phone and was delighted that I could actually access the internet from my parents' camp. Battery is poor. It does not hold charge well at all. Item was close-out, so perhaps this is the reason it was on sale.

Works well. I haven't had any problems. I don't really use a cell phone a lot so it's fine for me. It is a little small.

Its okay for the price. My next purchase would be a better quality phone/ camera

Starter phone for teenage son. Works great and has held up well under teen use. Great reception. Love tracfone!

It is so much easier with this phone to take it out of my purse and call someone from just by sliding your finger across it and finding the name you want to call and click on the telephone to ring them. I also like the way you can put the call on speaker and can really hear them good. I love it so much better.

For the price and the functions you get and for what I wanted in a cell phone this is the best buy out there.

I purchased this for an older parent (in their late 70s) who has used a Tracfone for many, many years but they were overwhelmed by this one. All the smartphone features where just too much for them to comprehend and they just couldn't get the "swiping" method down. The phone sits in a drawer now and they use their old model :(

I have to use the speaker phone to hear people better.

Too hard to figure out. Cannot find all the settings. Buttons on side are black and folks do not know they are there. Going to return it if I can. The OS is horrible. Confusing for a techie like me and worse for an 82 year old.

Cheap phone, at a good price. Didn't need it to do everything. Makes calls, texts, get on the Internet, takes reasonable pics. Not setup for specialized "selfiies". (I'm not a millenial, and not dating or trying to impress anyone, so do I really care?;-) Has triple everything, and no tears shed if I lose it, or it breaks. Works for me!
