My only issue is the battery only lasted about two weeks. I'm waiting for TrackR to send a free replacement. This is another issue. It's been two weeks and the replacement still hasn't shipped. Customer service with the manufacturer could be an issue.

Bought this per a friends recommendation but quicky found out it doesnt have the range capacity that I was looking for. Works fine for shorter distances also relies on crowd bluetoothing & i'm not too savvy on that.

Works, but only if others with the app come in close proximity of the tracker. Sent this on some luggage with my daughter to Florida and Back and never once got a hit on the location of the luggage. You would think in a busy airport that at least 1 person with the app would get close enough to record a location. There for one week and nothing. It does work but the user network needs to get bigger in order for better results. It's better then nothing, but would not count on it for anything important.

For the most part, the device works. There has been a few instances where I have some difficulty locating the keys or the iPhone. They have made a few updates recently, so hopefully they can improve the product.

i like the idea, but the battery life isn't good. You also have to have the app running to find the phone. It also overrides the do not disturb...fine but if your in a meeting and the bluetooth disconnects...

I think the idea was good but rt off the bat it was difficult to sync with my Samsung android. Finally got it to sync and proved it worked to find my keys as well as beep my phone. Feel it's expensive though.

Works perfectly. Just keep your phone's Bluetooth on so the device remains connected. The app shows you where your item was last, so retracing your step is even easier. The tracker beeps when you need it to by a push of a button and let's you know when the battery is low so you can replace it. Far better than TILE, which only lasts a year and has to be entirely replaced because you can't change the battery. Go for TrackR, you won't be sorry (comes with a ring, battery and an adhesive square(

I ordered this product because I constantly loose my keys. I found that the instructions where not adequate and that the product didn't always work as anticipated, it would work intermittently.

Purchased for mom who loses keys regularly... Works as designed for the most part, but the volume on the alert sound is to soft to be heard if the device is placed inside a wallet or purse.

It works great but the alarm is really sensitive if you're too far from it. When we bought it one of the batteries were already dead. But it's definitely good if you need to find something right away.

We own horses and spend a great deal of time at the farm. It is very easy for the kids to lose their cell phones while wrangling up horses or doing chores. And of course I could track their phones but that is useless when their phones are dead - which they always were by the time we realized they were missing. This device has allowed us to find their phones every single time over the last few weeks. I simply stuck them on the back of their phone cases and we are good to go. They are getting quite scratched up and banged up but still working great.

I was needled to track several tool boxes on a job site and these work perfectly.We have a small company and with limit sets of tools this we are saving time and money the trackers work perfectly

got it for my keys and for my wallet (a 2 pack). has worked great when i really needed it. as location gets you close enough and theres a beeping noise you can have it do so that you can locate it.

Works just as well as the Tile. But I believe the Tile still has theedge over TrackR. But with the TrackR you can change the battery which you can't with Tile. So it is pretty much a tie!

Alert always going off even if item is 10 feet away. Alarm sound also very low. There must be silence around you to try to find anything. I wish I would have tried the "Tile"

I put this on my key ring and find it very useful in locating my keys when I misplace them at home, etc. Using the accompanying App on my phone I find them fast without wasting so much time.

I have not had to use this yet, but I love that I can click the device and my phone sounds off or I can use the app on my phone to find the device.

I tried these and although they may be OK for tracking items, I wanted a loud audible alert for items such as keys. The volume was way too low for my expectations.

It doesn't always work 100%. For someone that looses his keys constantly it is a good product. I just wish the ringer was louder and that it had a larger range

Useful for finding keys from the phone, and finding the phone from the keys. Would be nice if it was a bit louder but the replaceable battery convinced me for this over the Tile.
