    Bought the product. Lost the TrackR and belongings. Package came with two and Best Buy won't refund me any nor partially as is "incomplete" yeah! I lost my item never could track it. It pair but that's the last I know. Neither can TrackR refund me so I'm at a loss.

    The tracker is supposed to ring your phone if you press the clear button but that function does not work after a few hours. I reached out to their technical support staff but nothing they recommended worked. It does beep if you make the device ring from your phone.

    I purchased a TrackR for my elderly father to have it with him at all times . I thought it would work I live 30 miles away from him and it just never seems to connect a find him he lives in a very populated town . So disappointed that I wasted 50 bucks on this
