Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the bravo Item Tracker's ease of use, compact size, and ability to track items effectively. Many appreciate the app's user-friendly design and the tracker's sleek appearance. However, some users express concerns regarding the battery life, limited range, and the quietness of the tracker's alert sound. While the GPS functionality is praised by some, others report inconsistencies in accuracy.

I was able to pair two Bravos to my HTC Desire 601 after several attempts. Removing the phone's battery seemed to enable the app to find the devices and opening the battery doors on the Bravos enabled them to reset and blink on command. The range is VERY poor: 5-15 feet max! Therefore the proximity alarms, both on the devices and your phone, go off constantly whenever the devices move out of range AND when they come back into range. The "wifi safe zones" feature does not work - the alarms still go off within a chosen safe zone. So unless you are willing to put up with these alarms sounding every time your phone gets more than a few feet from your Bravos, you must disable the alarms which defeats the function of them alerting you if you leave your keys or wallet behind. Also due to the meager range, using the proximity sensor is very iffy. Once again, if you're not already within a few feet of your item, no signal, no finding anything. The last known location is only generally helpful. It can tell you if you left your item in the area or miles away at the office or restaurant, etc. But the locating map is only accurate to within a block or so - my devices often show up as being in my neighbor's house when they are right in front of me in mine. The custom ringtones also kept on canceling themselves and defaulting back to the generic phone alarm. I had to disable both devices and go through the entire routine - phone battery removal/uninstall-reinstall app/re-pair Bravos - in order to lock in my desired ringtones. My Bravos DO stay paired after my phone is turned off. The crowd-GPS find feature should prove pretty useless again because of the poor Bluetooth range. Someone else with the app running must get really close to your lost item to sense it and log its location - not very likely. In conclusion: the biggest downfall is the range. If it were really 100 feet as advertised, it could be a truly useful device. The software bugs are also disappointing and, combined with the lousy range, defeat the usefulness of what features that do work.

No distance for the "tracker" I was looking for it to use for a lost pet. However you have to be within 2 ft before the phone can even find the trackr.

Notification alert too quiet to be helpful. Locator alert on phone does not give accurate enough information to be able to help you find your item. Don't see much use for it plus it is expensive

This GPS oriented tracking device seems to be turned around. It shows my dog, that is wearing the device, to be wherever my phone is. I haven't figured out how to get it to track correctly.

This was a fantastic product for about a week, then it stopped connecting to my phone and just stopped working. The battery is full and the app is fine, but it will not connect. Worthless!!

Won't track a darn thing. I bought a 2 pack. Tracker1 is 10 feet away from me. App shows it 3 blocks away. Tracker 2 is across the street, but unseen. Don't waste your money on this.

I do not recommend anyone purchasing this item. Cheap, plastic, and flimsy, battery is gone in a few days. Simply not a good value for the money.
