Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the bravo Item Tracker's ease of use, compact size, and ability to track items effectively. Many appreciate the app's user-friendly design and the tracker's sleek appearance. However, some users express concerns regarding the battery life, limited range, and the quietness of the tracker's alert sound. While the GPS functionality is praised by some, others report inconsistencies in accuracy.

I put this device on my keys and I've used it multiple times already. You can also get your phone to make noise from the tracker. Pretty sweet device.

    Not of much use

It works but is very limited. First the sound produced by this device is useless, it is such a low volume you have to be within two feet to hear it. The separation feature works by sounding the tone from the device, suck a low volume it is useless. The app on the phone will show that the device is separated but there is no alert on the phone so if you don't have the app open and looking directly at it, well its of no use. The app will show a very general point on a map of the last known location. So if you lose your keys in your house, you are basically out of luck. Which brings us to the proximity location feature. It just tells you far away or close. No general direction. What does work well and is of some use is that you can press a button on the device and it will cause your phone to ring (even if in silent mode).

Great devices, easy to set up and activate. On my keys, a bike, and Childs car so I can track their moves. Best bang for the buck.

Tiny, fun and man do these work! I have one in my wallet, one on my keys and one on each dog. Now I'm getting one for my laptop bag. I wish everyone had them. It even works in reverse if you misplace your phone. Just push the button on any TrackR & the phone it's paired with rings. * TIP: Keep the TrackR App on and running at all times!

    Works Most of the Time

I really like the product when it works. I think I got a bad button battery (1616 type) with my first product. Once I replaced the battery it worked fine. What I am concerned though, is if the product is bad, technical support is not quick to answer their support tickets you submit. I think the app needs some fine tuning but the product itself, provided the battery is good, seems to deliver what they promised.

I've been using my three TrackR bravo devices for a few months and so far they have worked as expected. I use one on my keys (got some cosmetic damage), one on my backpack, and the third one I leave in my car. I often forget where I leave my stuff, so it has helped me a lot! I only wish the batteries would last longer.

Best Bluetooth tracker compared to all competitors. I have tried tile and numerous other trackers. This one is the best.

it is a great idea and I hope it will be developed to more useful and precise devise. Currently it all depends how many people use trackers in the city to help locating your item. However the design is great, good colour choice (especially the blue one) and I like the water resistant sleeve as well to install on my bike. It already helped me once to find my keys that I left in the pub.

We ordered the TrackR to keep up with our cat to keep her safe. It's not as specific as we wanted to let us know where she is exactly but it does exactly as advertised. We know if she's on our property or has wandered off. We're waiting on TrackR Atlas! It also lets me know where I have left my purse!

Great Product to Find Lost Keys

    Posted .

So I have been using the TrackR Bravo for a little over a monthand I am finding mainly positive experiences with this little device. I have placed the device on my keys because I am constantly losing keys or misplacing them. I have also activated the separation alert feature which has been a blessing as well. First off I want to say the set up of this device was simple through the app I installed on my Samsung galaxy S5. Pairing the Trackr device with my phone was about as easy as it can get. Now when I can't locate my keys I go to the phone and press the find button and then a sound comes from the device so I can locate it through sound. I have not yet lost my keys in a distant location to test that long range ability. I mentioned the separation alert and that feature cam in handy when I started to leave my house without my phone and the Trackr alerted me to this. Yes, I am one of those people who can't live without my phone. I guess my only gripe so far and this is why it doesn't get a five star review is the "loudness" of the device. It isn't really loud. In a quiet house one can probably hear it if on the same floor. If you needed to hear the alert in public it would be a different story. If that sound could be addressed I would be much happier with this.

Its OK but Im disappointed with the battery

I don't know if Ive been exceptionally unlucky but the battery doesn't seem to last long at all and there is no warning (for me at least) for when its about to die. The downside of that is that when you lose you keys, if the battery ran out weeks ago then you're screwed. I think its just about a positive from me...

great for tracking items you may often misplace

These are great devices for tracking items you might misplace such as your keys or cell phone. I have been using them with the cameras I give to students in school so I can find them when they "accidentally" get left behind in a classroom. I have noticed that the battery dies faster than I thought it would, so be sure to have extras on hand.

    DO NOT PURCHASE

Although you can purchase this item from Best Buy there is no customer service available from the company. There is an 800 number to call with an outgoing message that states no one is available and to send an email to their technical support email to which no one responds. Check the reviews as well as the BBB to see the problems that customers are having

I am a big fan of these trackers. I was looking high and low for my phone and was flipping out (I keep my ringer on silent so I couldn't call it). Then I remembered that I just installed and set up the trackr. I pushed the button on it, followed the ringing that starated on my phone and thank God I found my phone, in the GARBAGE!!! WHAT A RELIEF that the trash want taken out yet! Lol

I use this to track car keys. I have teenagers and they lose things--really! ;) anyway, bought these to track keys, and it works pretty well. In the house it does pretty well with warmer/colder. If out of house (only once so far) it showed where last lost contact, and that triggered memory of where to look.

After losing my keys for 7 weeks, I decided I needed something that would save me from myself in the future. I looked online and I found the TrackR. I have not been disappointed. The TrackR works really well. The app works well and looks good. I like that if I have lost my phone, but still have my keys handy, I can now use the TrackR to make my phone ring. Super handy. I have yet to really put it to the test, but after 4 weeks of use, it fits the bill very nicely. The one thing that really put this product over any other similar products is that while it has a comparable battery life (1 year), this one has a replaceable battery, rather than having to replace the entire unit every year.

Great concept, poor experience with product

I used 4 TrackR Bravo's for only a couple months before they stopped working - could be due to the battery running out without an indication or another reason. I like the concept though and hope that either my experience is rare compared to other consumers or that it is improved.

I was so happy to find something inexpensive to find my lost items. i always misplace my keys and cell phone. I can find my keys with my phone or my phone if i have my keys. Win Win! My only problem was battery life. i have changed the battery and its been less than a year. No big deal though. It works.
