This product may be good for items that don't have legs and can walk 2 miles in 30 minutes, but it was absolutely useless to track my cat in a rural area with acres of woods and pasture. When the cat walked out of range of my phone and bluetooth signal it would tell me, and show me within a1000 ft. where that cat was last in bluetooth range, but after that it was a guess on my part where the cat might be, and I could only find him when I was within bluetooth range again. I don't know if it was just my trackr, but the ring tone was so tinsy I could barely hear it. Good for items, not good for pets.

Great idea works well and the app is getting better and better also very high quality customer service!!!!

I have one TrackR Bravo and it does what it promisses. The app works fine, and I found my stuff every time I used it. The battery has a short duration but not that compromises the product.

I use the TrackR by attaching it to my elderly father's items that he misplaces often. These are things like his glasses, keys, and walking cane. It would be nice if we could register the same TrackR to multiple mobile devices assigned to different care givers then that would be good.

I purchased this because I had found the Tile to be extremely helpful and at the time it was not available for Android. After purchasing that I can say that I find it to be an inferior product. You have to be much closer to find the object and if it is behind something (like a bed) you have to be on top of it before it will ever go off. The feature that allows you to click the tracker to find your phone has a huge delay. You will find that the delay is often 4 minutes or more.

I ordered four of the Trackr Bravos and they are very lightweight, the replaceable battery is terrific and the iOS app is very straightforward to use. My only suggestion for the next update to the unit is to increase the volume of the alert tone as it is a bit low and if you are a considerable distance away, it can impact the ability to locate the item affixed to the Trackr (keys for example). The app does a nice job to compensate for this by giving you a distance monitor to the item so it's not a big deal as the system works well. These are highly recommended for those of you that misplace items frequently or for those of you like me, just want to have that extra sense of security that if I leave my phone (or keys) behind, I know right away.

Have loved having the security of the Track-R. As seen on CSI, can even solve crimes.

I've had the TrackR's for a few months. I luckily have only had to use it once when I left my keys outside still in the door lock. I did have a problem with the batteries dying, but customer service sent me a few complimentary batteries out when I noticed they were dying quickly. They reached out recently and asked how the TrackR's were working for me. The new batteries also died relatively quickly. They offered to replace all of my devices with ones containing a newer firmware. The new devices are going strong. Due to the exceptional customer service I have been recommending them to all of my friends and family. It's a new technology so I expected bugs and have had no problems since.

Like the size of this product but not very stable. Connection drops and product must be reset often. Waiting for technology to improve. Bought 2 sets of 2 - returned one.

I have a few of these on things from keys to phones. They are good for at least getting you into the room where you left them. My only complaint is that my older ears can have a hard time sometimes hearing the very high pitched sound they make.

Spent 3 hours trying to pair only to find out TrackR software is NOT compatable with Motorola or certain Samsung phones. Transcript from TrackR conversation. Hi XXXXX." That is because it usually doesn't work well with Motorola. In the latest app release both the Samsung J series and some of the Motorola phones began having issues. Our Android team is on it and should have a fix out soon. It has to do with a way Motorola manages bluetooth. It only seems to be impacting Motorola phones and Samsung J series phones. They are unable to pair TrackRs through the app." They should say this on the package, so you don't WASTE TIME AND MONEY.

Overall this product makes my life easier... The app is pretty easy to use as well. My only gripe is that you are supposed to be able to click and hold the button on the trackr device to make your phone sound off.

I've tested a few competitors from different parts of the world and I found out that TrackR is the best one. It's size is really smaller than other competitors and it has a bigger network of users translating to more coverage, besides that, it has replaceable battery, so you don't need to return it to the factory or buy a new one once the battery is over, and it is a 2 way communication device, so you can find your phone on a push of a button or find our device with your phone. I've been using it for more than 6 months now and I'm really satisfied with it.

Wow - great design, very lightweight & water resistant (the trackr attached to my motorbike key still works after a hard ride through a storm). The phone find feature is great but a little temperamental with occasional jumps from Hot to Cold but otherwise great. I like the way the app shows "last connected location" which is handy if you happen to be out of Bluetooth range.

I've used this a number of times when my keys are lost in my house. My only complaint is that the battery life could last a bit longer: it usually needs to be replaced every other month or so.

The TrackR bravo is a great little device. It's small enough to not be bulky on your key chain and easy to fit in or on any other piece of property that you want to keep track of. The app keeps track of the TrackR's location, and keeping the app on in the background allows for you to help others find their TrackRs as well. This device gets better as more people have them and use the app, so hopefully there will be more buyers!

I got the Trackr product as well as the Tile to do a decent comparison before I bought a whole load of them. I found that the trackr is smaller and less intrusive than the Tile. As a test I put them both on my luggage during an overseas trip. With the 'Crowd-Sourcing' option I saw that I knew exactly where the bags where. It even alerted me when I was sitting on the plane and it detected them going up the ramp into the hold. Offers some good piece of mind that your bags are where they are meant to be.

Due to medical reasons, my brain functions are limited. Before trackR I was constantly losing my keys, phone, purse, wallet, cane, etc. I can now find things in just a few key strokes, literally! This saves me SO much time because looking for something important takes me minutes instead of hours! trackR has absolutely changed my life! My only challenge is with the volume produced by the trackR. I sometimes have to use a couple searches to find an item if it is under a pile of stuff.
