Not sold yet

Set up and worked at home but when she went to college never automatically updated location on phones. She had to go to trackr and press it to trigger phone to show updated location. That defeats the purpose of finding misplaced items. Will see if it updates location when she takes backpack around campus. No phone support and two days later no reply from email.
