    Worked great for about 5 times. Stopped working under warranty but they want me to bring it in to the store for repair.....which is a waste of time since they will have to replace it anyway. Also, warning, the black tip is extremely hot so do not use it to pull out of meat without a hot pad.

    Really glad i purchased this. It’s a well thought out product, i noticed the flat edge on the back just as i moved to push in the little thermometer into the turkey! It’s easy to clean and the app is not confusing to use. Also, the app lets you know the ambient temperature, tbis helps make aure youre set ip to do your cook correctly

    This is my second Meater probe and it's not even close in comparison to the first one. It looks and acts the same until about 15 minutes into smoking then it won't connect to app any more. I have to put it back in base to reconnect but it keeps happening. Ive called customer service being that it's still under warranty and they determined that it requires an "escalation of my issue". It's been over a month, and no contact yet.
