Worth the price

Received a defect product (plastic case is broken)

But the inside plastic case was completely broken (it's made by very cheap plastic material), cannot hold any of the disk. It's out of stock at Bestbuy currently, not sure how to get it replaced. Bestbuy customer service is technically NOT available now. The wait time is more than 1 hour, and made me to give up.
